2. Nature of Services

Smart Advisory provides digital consulting, CRM setup, workflow automation, landing page creation, lead management systems, appointment booking setup, reporting dashboards, and marketing operations support. These are professional services that involve custom work tailored to each client.

3. Setup Fees

One-time setup fees cover the initial configuration, implementation, and customization of your digital systems. These fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you cancel before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the setup fee at our discretion. Once we have started building, configuring, or implementing your systems, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees cover ongoing support, maintenance, training, and continuous improvement of your digital systems. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with advance notice as specified in your service agreement. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period after cancellation.

5. Services Already Delivered

No refunds are guaranteed for services that have already been delivered. Once a deliverable has been completed and provided to you — including but not limited to CRM configurations, automation workflows, landing pages, dashboards, training sessions, or consulting reports — those services are considered delivered and are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Please include your name, company name, and a description of your request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Disputes

If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. We are committed to fair and transparent client relationships.

8. Changes to This Policy

Smart Advisory reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
