All content on this website — including text, branding, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of Smart Advisory unless otherwise stated. Deliverables created for clients (CRM configurations, landing pages, automation workflows) become the client's property upon full payment.

Smart Advisory respects client confidentiality. Any business information shared during engagements will be treated as confidential, except when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Clients are responsible for securing their own internal data and systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

Smart Advisory shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or decisions made based on consulting recommendations. All services are advisory and operational in nature. Final business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

9. No Guarantees

Smart Advisory does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, advertising performance or business results. Results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, client execution, and external variables beyond our control.

10. Compliance & Lawful Use

Clients agree not to use our services for money laundering, fraudulent schemes, sanctioned transactions, illegal financial activities, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service where compliance concerns arise.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under Wyoming jurisdiction.
